Отметим, 17 и 18 октября в учебном центре в Вольске с проверкой побывал глава Удмуртии Александр Бречалов. По итогам инспекции он сообщил, что кормят мобилизованных из республики хорошо, а уровень подготовки — высокий. Также глава региона записал просьбы мобилизованных, одной из которых было организовать занятия по оказанию медпомощи. Напомним, за месяц после начала частичной мобилизации в российскую армию призвано 260 тысяч человек из 300 тысяч запланированных.

Преподаватели ИГМА будут обучать мобилизованных навыкам оказания первой медицинской помощи. Этот запрос Александр Владимирович передал нам, а мы, в свою очередь, без раздумий на него откликнулись. Вместе со своим коллегой, заведующим кафедрой травматологии и ортопедии Владимиром Федоровым, который уехал в Вольск на прошлой неделе, мы будем обучать ребят первичной доврачебной помощи, которую можно оказать в полевых условиях и в момент боя. Обязательно научим правильно накладывать повязки, шины, жгуты.

In this paper, we introduce a novel framework, LYGE, for learning stabilizing controllers specifically tailored to high-dimensional, unknown systems. LYGE employs Lyapunov theory to iteratively guide the search for samples during exploration while simultaneously learning the local system dynamics, control policy, and Lyapunov functions. We demonstrate its scalability on highly complex systems, including a high-fidelity F-16 jet model from the Air Force featuring a 16D state space and a 4D input space. Furthermore, we demonstrate that our algorithm can be extended to learn controllers guided by alternative certificate functions for unknown systems.
